El periódico independiente canadiense “THE CANADIAN” tituló en su portada “Argentina: Salta - Aliens in San Carlos?”, describiendo el relato y encuentro de Omar Ferlatti y Walter Lopez con una brillante figura humanoide, de unos 40 cm de altura en la localidad salteña de San Carlos, argentina. Cobertura periodística que fue realizada por un equipo de la Agencia de Noticias Copenoa, que el matutino de Canadá cita como fuente.

Two men, Omar Ferlatti, and Walter Lopez reported encountering a short glowing humanoid figure, about 40cm in height in a field. The strange humanoid appeared to be surrounded by a sort of “magnetic field”, which prevented the men from approaching it.

The figure was described as having human like features, with a pointy nose, round black eyes, thin lips and copper-coloured hair parted in the middle and pointing up on both sides. The figure wore a tight fitting 2 tone brown coverall with a tight-fitting wide belt around the waist area. It had long arms and long fingers but without fingernails. The men did not see its feet. Around the same time a local sheep herder grazing in the nearby Valles Clachaquies reported being startled by a similar humanoid while guarding the herd.

The story given by Omar Ferlatti, who saw the strange being, is brief, and startling due to the certainty of the details offered on the strange visitor’s physionomy.

Ferlatti was in the company of Walter Lopez when the saw the strange entity. The townsmen’s story coincides with the account given by a shepherdess from the Valles Chalchaquies. The shepherdess was startled by the strange visitor while tending her flock.

A news team from the Copenoa news agency interviewed residents of San Carlos. These were scheduled to be issued in video format. Investigative journalists believe that the video footage will surprise viewers with the accounts of aliens and UFOs witnessed in this historic community, nestled in the Valles Chalchaquies of Salta Province.
